Trust The Process

Often times when we start a fat loss journey we expect to see changes and results quickly. I know for me, I find myself weighing in more often, analyzing my problem areas in the mirror, waiting for my lean body to "appear" in front of me. The truth is it just takes time, and the over analization may just lead to self sabatoge in the end.

Just like building muscle, fat loss is a long slow process. Consistency is key in achieving results whether builing muscle or losing fat, and patience must come along with that. It doesn't happen over night, so picking yourself apart every single day waiting for the changes will only add stress to your life and take away from the journey as a whole.

Follow your plan day in and day out to the best of your ability, and TRUST the process. Focus on the positives, enjoy the strength your are gaining physically, mentally, and emotionally, and over time the small changes you can't see day to day will add up to unveil all the hard work you've put in.

This is probably something everyone could work on, myself included :)
