Be Strong. Be Yourself.

I have always had “guns”, even when I was younger before I started training seriously I had biceps. People would often ask me to flex and I hated it. I felt weird about being muscular in the first place, so flexing was especially uncomfortable .

Today is obviously a different story. I have worked extremely hard to build muscle and a physique to be proud of over the last 13+ years. Today I embrace my feminine muscle. I embrace feeling strong and powerful not only in the gym, but in all areas of my life. I embrace teaching other women how to do the same. I embrace being me.

So flex your guns, or whatever it is that makes you you.
