Healthy Chocolate Pudding

This makes for a perfect low carb snack, guilt free dessert alternative, or just a yummy chocolate fix when you need it. This combo will give you a nice dose of quality protein (assuming you tolerate dairy just fine), antioxidants, and healthy fats.
Healthy, quick, and delicious. A great way to get extra protein in for kids too!
You could also use this as a perfect pre-workout meal, just add some easily digestible carbs like banana to fuel your intensity and eat 45-60 minutes before you hit the gym.
1 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
1+ Tbsp dark 100% cocoa powder 2 packets truvia or sweetener of choice
1 Tbsp peanut or almond butter
Mix together well and enjoy!
