Sweet Potato Super Shake

Need a quick delicious meal on the go that has all your nutrition packed in to keep you strong and healthy? Look no further than the Super Shake. Super shakes are super easy meal options that take minutes to make, can be modified and changed easily based on your goals and preferences, are satisfying and taste amazing.
You can whip this up in a regular blender or my favorite is the Nutribullet, which makes it even easier because it's a single serving size and it's ready to drink as it's already blended in the individual cup.

Here is one of my recent favorites:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1-2 cups ice
Fist size cooked sweet potato (skin removed)
2 handfuls baby spinach
1 Tbsp Almond butter (or peanut butter or even throw in whole almonds instead)
2 packets stevia (optional)
Cinnamon to taste
Add water or unsweetened almond milk
Blend and enjoy!
